Urgent Press Release: Interlock Device Mandatory for First DUI Offenders, as Governor signs bill today!

If you are convicted of a first time California DUI offense, Governor Arnold says if you live in Alameda, Los Angeles, Sacramento and Tulare Counties, you must install an ignition interlock device in your vehicle. However, to become effective, the project must be funded by January 31, 2010 by federal money. Imagine having to blow every time before you start your car. That kinda sucks.
