Helmandollar California DUI result Saves License

A Helmandollar plea includes an agreement between the California DUI Attorney and the California DUI Court Prosecutor to have a hearing which results in an Acquittal of California Vehicle Code Section 23152(b) count - driving with a .08% BAC.
